How do I create a journal entry?

Simply tap the input field at the bottom of the screen and start typing or use the microphone button to record your thoughts. Your entries are saved automatically.

How does the AI reflection work?

After you write an entry, Mindjar's AI analyzes your thoughts and provides personalized reflections. These insights help you understand patterns in your thinking and encourage deeper self-discovery.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your journal entries are encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your personal data or share your entries with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I export my data?

You can export all your journal entries from the app settings. Go to your profile, tap Settings, and select "Export Data" to download your entries.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings in the app and select "Delete Account". This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What devices is Mindjar available on?

Mindjar is currently available on iOS devices through the App Store. We're working on expanding to other platforms in the future.
